01 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Duelle. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.

02 Description of Service

Duelle is a pregnancy tracking application designed for individuals carrying multiples (twins, triplets, or more). The Service provides tools including kick counters, symptom logging, appointment tracking, growth tracking, medication logs, and educational content.

Duelle is an educational and tracking tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concerns or decisions related to your pregnancy.

03 Account Registration

To access certain features of Duelle, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately at hello@duelle.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

04 Subscriptions and Billing

Duelle offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium features require a paid subscription.

Duelle Premium

• Subscription name: Duelle Premium
• Billing period: Monthly (auto-renewing)
• Price: $12.99 per month

Billing and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged the same rate upon renewal unless pricing has changed with advance notice.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it begins at the time of subscription confirmation. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide advance notice of any price increases. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree to use Duelle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

06 Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into Duelle, including health logs, notes, and personal information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We do not verify the accuracy of user-entered data.

07 Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, and functionality of the Duelle app and website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of MaterniFlow, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our prior written permission.

08 Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any educational content within the app.

Duelle is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

09 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MATERNIFLOW, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other business reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@duelle.app. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of Duelle after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
